Terms of Service
Jess Rona Courses ("we," "us," "our")*
By purchasing a course, program, or digital product from us (each, a "Course"), you agree to the following terms.
1. What You're Purchasing
You are purchasing a license to access the Course content for personal, non-commercial use. You are not purchasing ownership of the content, and this is not a transfer of any intellectual property rights.
2. Course Access
- Access begins immediately upon purchase via Kajabi.
- Where we describe access as "lifetime," this means access for the life of the Course as offered on our platform — not a guarantee of access for the lifetime of the purchaser. We reserve the right to update, modify, restructure, retire, or discontinue any Course at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to remove or suspend access for accounts that have been inactive (no login) for over 24 months. Where reasonably practical, we will attempt to notify the email on file before doing so.
- We are not responsible for access issues caused by third-party platforms, browsers, or internet connectivity outside our control.
3. Payment and Pricing
- All prices are listed in USD and are due at the time of purchase, unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.
- If you are on a payment plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file according to the agreed schedule. Failure to pay may result in suspended access until payment is current.
- We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases at any time; changes do not affect a purchase already completed.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if you have completed less than 50% of the Course. Requests can be made by emailing info@jessronacourses.com.
Payment plan cancellations do not retroactively refund amounts already paid, unless stated otherwise above.
5. Intellectual Property
- All Course materials — including videos, worksheets, templates, slides, and written content — are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly share, or create derivative works from any Course materials without our prior written permission.
- Sharing your login credentials or Course materials with others is a violation of these terms and may result in termination of access without refund.
6. No Professional or Guaranteed-Outcome Advice
- Course content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice.
- We do not guarantee specific results, income, or outcomes from completing the Course. Any results mentioned in marketing or testimonials are individual results and not typical.
- You are responsible for your own decisions and actions taken based on Course content.
7. Conduct
If the Course includes a community, group coaching, or live component, we reserve the right to remove any participant who is abusive, disruptive, or in violation of community guidelines, without refund.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the Course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Course after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes affecting active students will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, US, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles.
